Activity
Daily or near-daily presence keeps the alliance ready.

Every player who carries the [INT] tag accepts these rules without exception. They are the foundation of our alliance and the standard for daily conduct.
Daily or near-daily presence keeps the alliance ready.
Shield discipline, NAP compliance and gathering rules protect everyone.
Major alliance and state events require participation and fast response.
Respect, communication and teamwork matter more than drama.
Every member must be active daily or near-daily. Members inactive for 7 or more consecutive days without prior notice to R4/R5 leadership may be removed from the alliance. If you need a break, notify leadership in advance — we will hold your spot whenever possible.
Any time you log off and your city is undefended, you must activate a Peace Shield. An unshielded city during enemy activity, SvS, or Brothers in Arms events is a liability for the entire alliance. Losing troops due to lack of shielding is considered negligence, not a valid reason to request compensation.
Participation in all major alliance events — including Bear Trap, Foundry Battle, Castle Battle, and Brothers in Arms — is mandatory for active members. If you are unable to attend a mandatory event, notify R4/R5 leadership at least one hour before the event begins. Repeated unexcused absences will result in a formal warning.
During all active events, R4 and R5 officers are in command. Their markers, rally calls, and strategic directions must be followed immediately and without debate. Questions and suggestions are welcome — but only after the event, never during active operations. Solo attacks during coordinated events are strictly forbidden.
Attacking, scouting, or zeroing any member of [INT] or its academy is absolutely forbidden. All disputes between members must be brought to R4/R5 leadership for mediation. Using military force to resolve internal conflicts will result in immediate disciplinary action regardless of who started the dispute.
All members must fully comply with the State Constitution and NAP 5 Rules at all times. Before attacking any player, verify they are not protected under NAP. When in doubt — do not attack. Contact R4/R5 for verification. Violating NAP rules brings consequences not just for you, but for the entire alliance.
Click the Alliance Help button every time it is available. This single action reduces construction, research, and healing times for all alliance members simultaneously. Missing alliance help clicks when you are online is one of the most wasteful things a member can do. Make it a daily habit — it takes 10 seconds and helps everyone.
Prioritize gathering on alliance territory whenever possible to benefit from alliance gathering bonuses. Do not gather on tiles that are occupied or reserved by another alliance member. Do not place banners that block other members' gathering paths or expansion routes. Disputes about gathering tiles must be resolved through leadership, not through force.
Your Embassy must be built and upgraded regularly. A higher Embassy level allows you to hold more reinforcement troops from alliance members, making your city significantly harder to attack. During defensive events such as Crazy Joe, an under-leveled Embassy directly reduces the alliance's total defensive strength. Keep it upgraded — it is a collective responsibility.
Stay active in alliance chat and in official alliance chat channels. Important announcements, event calls, and strategic updates are posted there. Members who are not reachable during critical moments cannot be coordinated or protected. If you see something suspicious on the map — a scout, an attack, or suspicious movement — report it immediately in alliance chat.
Intercontinental [INT] maintains a zero-tolerance policy on toxicity, harassment, and public conflict between members. All grievances must be brought to R4/R5 leadership privately. Creating drama in alliance chat, official alliance chat, or in-game public channels reflects poorly on the entire alliance. Players who repeatedly create or escalate conflicts after warnings will be removed.
Every member is expected to continuously grow their account — upgrade buildings, research technologies, train troops, and develop heroes. A stagnant account hurts not only your own combat effectiveness but the entire alliance's power ranking and event performance. Use our Guides section for strategic development tips. If you need help planning your growth, ask R4/R5 for guidance.
