The controller of personal data processed through this website is the private operator of int4272.eu. The website is a non-commercial community project created for the Intercontinental [INT] alliance and players in State 4272.
This is an independent fan and community website. It is not an official Whiteout Survival website and is not operated by the game publisher.
2. Information we may process
Most visitors can read the website without creating an account or directly providing personal information. Depending on how the site is used, the following categories may be processed:

The website uses the WordPress plugin Independent Analytics to understand which pages are useful, how visitors reach the site, and which devices or approximate locations are represented.

- Analytics information is created and stored on this website's own WordPress database rather than sent to the plugin developer's analytics servers.

6. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted using services provided by SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., a Polish hosting company. Like most hosting platforms, the server may create technical logs to deliver pages, detect errors, prevent abuse, investigate attacks and maintain system security.
Server logs may contain an IP address and technical request information. Access is limited to authorised persons and service providers where necessary for website operation and security.

7. External services, fonts and links
Google Fonts
Some existing pages currently load fonts from Google Fonts. When this happens, your browser may connect to Google servers and disclose technical connection data such as your IP address, browser information and the requested font files. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy.

The site contains links to game resources, community pages and other websites. Once you leave int4272.eu, the destination website's own privacy and cookie rules apply. We do not control third-party websites.
Future embedded content
If the site later embeds videos, maps, social widgets, external chat tools, advertising or other optional services that require consent, those services will be blocked until an appropriate choice is made and this notice will be updated.

- Server and security logs: retained for a limited period determined by operational, troubleshooting, security and hosting requirements.
- Contact messages: retained only as long as needed to answer the message, resolve the matter and, where necessary, document important decisions or protect legal claims.
- Backups: copies may remain for a limited backup cycle before being overwritten.
10. Your privacy rights
Where the GDPR applies and the relevant conditions are met, you may request:
- access to personal data concerning you;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- deletion or restriction of processing;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
