Leadership protects INT reputation inside State 4272 diplomacy.
Leaders set the tone for [INT]. Be active, respectful, prepared and dependable. Follow the same standards expected from every member: shield when needed, join events, help the alliance and remain calm when pressure rises.
Use alliance chat and official alliance communication channels to make information easy to find and understand. Announcements should state what is happening, who is needed, where to go and when to act. Do not leave members guessing during important events.
Discuss major choices with the leadership team when time allows, then present one clear direction to the alliance. Once a decision is made, support it publicly. Internal disagreements are resolved respectfully in leadership channels, never through public conflict.
Before each major event, confirm roles, markers, rally leaders and communication. During live operations, give concise instructions and keep the alliance focused on the objective. Review the result afterward so the next operation is stronger.
Apply alliance rules consistently, without favoritism. Treat reports and conflicts with discretion. Sensitive diplomacy, member concerns and leadership discussions stay within the appropriate channels until there is an agreed public message.
Help members improve rather than only correcting mistakes. Welcome questions, direct players to guides and give constructive advice. Strong members create a stronger alliance, so progress is a leadership responsibility.
Respect state agreements, NAP obligations and diplomatic commitments. Leaders speak for [INT] with patience and professionalism. Escalate sensitive situations to R5 before making promises, threats or permanent decisions on behalf of the alliance.
Keep leadership work visible to the team: share plans, record key decisions and hand over responsibilities when unavailable. Admit mistakes quickly, correct them and learn from them. A stable command structure protects the alliance through every change.
